“Valorant” 7.10 update patch notes

Valorant 7.10 update patch notes were released on November 14, 2023.

deadlock

GravNet (C) now requires anyone captured by it to manually remove the network to remove the effect. Until then, if you or an enemy are captured, you can remove them by moving out of the net radius or waiting for the effect to expire. We feel this unlocks unique power configurations while making interactions more interesting, as enemies must drop their weapons and make noise to deal with debuffs. Additionally, we’re making the ability to execute deadlocks more reliable by increasing their radius, while also ensuring that agents like Jet and Raz don’t get caught in them lightly due to their mobility.

  • Anyone captured by GravNet will now be debuffed indefinitely until they remove it

  • Anyone captured by GravNet is now affected by increased gravity and reduced mobility (Example: GravNet now reduces Jett’s downwind (E) distance)

  • GravNet removal time increased by 0.85s >>> 1.5s

  • GravNet radius increased by 6m >>> 8m

Team Deathmatch

  • Reina

    • Reyna’s Leer (C) has proven to be particularly effective in the closed range of Team Deathmatch since it doesn’t affect allies, while Queen (X) lacks a time limit if she rolls, proving to be very powerful. The purpose of these changes is to create more downtime between these moments of power and prompt Reyna to prioritize the orb if she wants to try and take over the Queen.

BUG fix

  • General

    • Fixed a bug where reverb would not be reliably applied to certain types of sounds, including gunshots and footsteps.

    • Fixed an issue where the Viper Pit (X) would not properly block the view of enemies on the minimap and overworld.

    • Fixed issue with Fade’s Prowler (C) passing through certain objects.
