How do I start a quest in Honka’s Lost Notebook?
To start this quest, you won’t find it on the town board like other quests. Instead, you need to talk to Owen directly. You’ll know it works when you see Owynn and Mari standing on a hill near Mari’s home. Approach them and they will give you two quests:
“Irving’s Unfinished Masterpiece” and “The Escaped Birds of Prey.” You can play this mission during and after the second week of Triassic Week 1, so keep an eye on your map to find Owen and Mari’s locations.

Where can I find the missing pages in the Paleo Pines Lost Notebook?

Two of them can be found in nearby bushes, but the third one is a little trickier. You need to find and tame the Coelophysis to get it. You can find each missing page here:
- The first missing page: You can find this page in the bushes near the bridge in front of Mary’s house. It’s not too far from where Mary lives.
- Page 2 is missing: Look for this page in the bushes on the hill near Mary’s house. It’s near the path where you first met Owen and Mary at the beginning of the mission.
- The third page is missing: This page requires more effort. In order to obtain it, you need to tame a Coelophysis in the fields by the river east of Mari’s home. Once you’ve successfully tamed a raptor, show it to Mary and you’ll be able to complete the “Escaped Raptor” quest to obtain the last missing page.
Coelophytes can be found near the river east of Mari’s house, and you can tame them using Juicy Poppins.
Once you have all three pages, return to Owen to complete the mission and collect your well-earned reward. Not only will you help Owen complete his masterpiece, you’ll also gain experience points and valuable resources.
