Is Dragon Gaiden a turn-based game?

Yakuza Gaiden is a game released three years after Yakuza: Like a Dragon. In Yakuza Gaiden, combat is not turn-based like in Yakuza: Like a Dragon. Instead, it’s real-time combat, which means you don’t need to take turns attacking enemies. This is consistent with the fighting style of previous games featuring Kazuma Kiryu.

You can switch between his regular gangster-style fighting, his typical bike-swinging face-slapping style, and his all-new secret agent style. Development of Dragon Gaiden

Yakuza Gaiden: The Man Who Erased has had an interesting journey during development. It all started when Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio director Masayoshi Yokoyama suggested expanding the backstory of beloved character Kiryu Kazuma between the events of the previous game.

“Yakuza Gaiden” was released in September 2022, and a movie trailer was released. According to reports, the length of this game will be slightly shorter than the main line work, and the game time is expected to be about 10-20 hours.
