Fixed an issue where rifts would not close and hinder progression after several hours of gameplay

Adjusted score calculation (Settings/Difficulty Hud Visualization Enabled) to increase rewards for higher risks and avoiding death
Fixed an issue where final score calculation was lower than expected after using pause and resume

Fixed an issue that resulted in Ax Weapon Glyph: Bare Strength not being granted
Fixed an issue with Axeman: Frost Pride not updating correctly
Improved rerolling tokens, no longer showing previous rune options in rune glyph chests
Players are now guaranteed 3 burden opportunities per attempt if they have an open burden glyph slot when they reach the maze
Fixed an issue with the Deadly Vitality Stag and Weightless Restoration Handle not being fully upgraded in new games+
Various glyph and combat balance adjustments to improve game health
