To use it, return to Elysion Avenue and find Toma, a child standing in the window trying to see Officer Murphy. What to do: Leave the Stargazer’s house on Elysion Avenue, turn right, and go to the rooftop with the puppets. Look for the ladder on the side with the Homomachina logo. Go down and find the window near the trash can, talk to Toma, and use the faded whistle outside the window.
