Head to the Rosymorn Abbey Trail and follow the main road to Trielta Crags Waypoint. From there, head northeast and turn right at (X: -39, Y: -126) to find Lady Esther. She seeks out a Githyanki egg for behavioral observations for Radiant Society experiments. After talking to her, she will ask for your help and start a new quest.

You can later purchase items from her. Giving her the egg will cause the death of the chapter members due to an attack by the newborn Githyanki in the third act, affecting the “Retrieve Ormelum” mission. Alternatively, passing a skill check allows you to offer an owlbear egg. Choosing not to give her the egg allows you to offer it to another Chapter member in Baldur’s Gate in Lower Town.
